Top Comment: I had vowed not to answer any question of this subject matter anymore due to some skeeming tactics deployed by some group of scammers and majority in here are believing them because their answers suits their feelings. However, I’ll answer your question out of respect for directing the question to me. I don’t know what had led you to this public declaration of yours for fix match. I don’t think it is a wise thing to do afterall. I don’t think you know it’s a huge crime. While some believed match fixing is just a mare imagination, FIFA, UEFA and other sports governing councils knows it’s not. But your intention to come out publically, declaring your interest is dangerous. It could lead you to scammers. Your best bet probably Is to find out if any close relatives of yours has got direct link to any group of fix match syndicates in Europe or north America. If you’re a person they could trust, linking you shouldn’t be a problem. I got the link to my source vladislavnunez through a close friend afterall. That I think is the best way to go. ARM vs fixed vs buy down?

I know these questions get asked a lot, but I feel like the more I read others' responses the more confused I get as I read pros and cons to each option. I figured I would share information about my personal situation to see if there is something I'm missing or any advice out there..
About to close on our dream house in the next two months. Our family plans to be there for the next 30 years.
The loan amount is going to be around $360,000
We have about $120,000 for down payment and any buy downs
Our options right now are:
- 30 year fixed rate of 6.85%
- 30 year fixed rate with buy down (could buy the rate down to 6.25% for about $10,000
- 5/5 ARM at 6.5%
I feel like we will be refinancing in the next 5 years even if rates do not drop significantly because we expect to have some inheritance money in the next 1-2 years that we could put a large chunk toward the principal of the loan. I feel like the ARM is a good option because either rates will be lower OR we will pay down the principal and refinance to a fixed rate within the next 5 years. The other option I am leaning toward is to just take the 30 year fixed right now with no buy down and then plan to refinance at some point in the next 3-6 years.
I have very little experience with ARMs, so is there anything I am missing or any other conventional wisdom that would help?

Top Comment: .3% is not enough savings to avoid downside protection of rate increases. The times are rather uncertain right now (I'm not big into politics but this stuff is wild). Do a fixed, don't buy down, see where you're at in a couple years.
Best place/store to buy fixed dumbells (rubber hex or solid metal ones). New or used are both fine.

Other than the obvious (varagesale, kijiji, usedvic etc), which I've been watching for months and am not having any luck with, are there any stores where I could buy used (or new) fixed dumbells in various sizes? Is there one store that's the best, price-wise? I'm wanting either those rubber hex or solid metal dumbells, I don't want the adjustable type. Wanting like 2x15s, 2x25s, 2x35s, 2x40s. Any and all advice, experience, suggestions are much appreciated!

‘Unknown’ Singularity fixed gear for sale. Owner is asking $320. I can’t find many reviews on Youtube outside of pretty B-roll and tracking shots by hipsters set to esoteric ambient Lo-fi and Chillhop. Is this a decent bike and brand? Is the price fair?
